Dogs are some of the sweetest souls out there. And one rescue dog in New York has a very gentle heart. The precious pup is so happy about being rescued that he goes around hugging all the people that he meets.  The five-year-old pooch named Toro was found last October chained to a fence outside an abandoned house.
