Jennifer Aniston has a new BFF. And he is adorable. As the actress, who is currently starring in “The Morning Show,” shared about her new rescue dog, it was an instantaneous connection. She immediately loved everything about him and knew that she couldn’t be without him. In her own words, the dog “stole her heart” from the very start. And that is how she ended up adopting the precious Lord Chesterfield.
She posted about the wonderful news on her Instagram account along with a video that featured her new pup. In the caption she wrote, “Hi! I’d like to introduce to you the newest member of our family…this is (a very tired) Lord Chesterfield.” And the pup was certainly exhausted-looking in the video. He couldn’t even keep his eyes open!
The little tyke seemed to have worn himself out while gnawing on a toy. In the video, Aniston is heard commenting, “Chesterfield. Have you fallen asleep with your bone in your mouth? I think you have.” It is quite a precious sight, so it makes sense why the video has received a load of attention from fans online. The video has reached viral status with more than 9 million views and thousands of comments.
Most of the people commenting on the video were expressing their approval at Aniston’s choice to adopt Lord Chesterfield. Aniston adopted him from the Wagmor Pet Hotel and Spa in Los Angeles. She personally thanked the organization in her Instagram post, writing, “A HUGE thank you to @wagmorpets for the incredible work you do. Grateful you take such great care of these rescues and find them their forever homes.” And this particular rescue, Chesterfield, is definitely one lucky pup in his forever home.
The little Great Pyrenees mix is being welcomed into a very loving fold of two other dog siblings who include Clyde, a schnauzer mix, and Sophie, a pit bull. And doting over all three of them is the very proud dog mom herself, Jennifer Aniston. She often features her pups on her social media, which we can only imagine delights her followers to no end.
