Huxley and his mom were preparing for Huxley’s first flight from London to Ibiza when the little puppy became very bored.
Ursula Daphne Aitchison, Huxley’s mom, said to The Dodo, “He was sat in the seat next to me but got in a mood which he often does when I don’t pay him enough attention.”
Huxley quickly abandoned his mom in favor of sitting next to the man in front of him. The man was happy to welcome the puppy’s company. Huxley was happy to hang out with his new best friend, forgetting all about his mom behind him – that is, until she opened up her snack.
“He quickly changed his tune when he heard me eating my crisps,” Aitchison said.
Huxley stuck his head between the seats, trying to sneak a bite, but he didn’t quite fit – and he inadvertently gave his fellow passengers quite the laugh.
The little pup stuck his tongue out.
He bared his teeth.
And in general, he made himself look like the cutest puppy in the world.
Aitchison posted photos of Huxley’s travel shenanigans on Facebook where his pictures quickly went viral.
“Guys I can’t breathe 😂😂😂,” Aitchison wrote on her post.
Even though he couldn’t reach his mom’s snack, Huxley continued to try, entertaining both his mom and the rest of the passengers around him with his cute little faces. He eventually got bored trying to get to the snack so he went back to bonding with his new friend beside him.
Aitchison added, “He spent 30 minutes in that seat; the man next to him said he was a very good passenger and the man across the aisle was taking selfies with him. Huxley kept giving him his paw to hold. He was making lots of people laugh and the man next to me asked to take his photo to send to his daughter.”
The rest of the short flight was spent with Huxley proving his passengers with free entertainment, so there is no doubt the plane definitely enjoyed themselves on that one.
