Dogs and children are like peanut butter and jelly – they just make for a great combination. There are so many adorable examples of friendships between kids and dogs, and we’re about to add more.
When we were kids, how many of us loved a bedtime story? Probably all of us. Well, one little girl, Sierra, loved to enjoy a story before bed but she used to like to share it with her best friend, Sebastian. The family dog and Sierra had their own nightly ritual that involved the two of them cuddling in bed and reading a story together.
Of course, at the time Sierra was only 10-months-old so there wasn’t much reading going on, but it was still quite touching that she tried to convey the story to Sebastian. Her parents caught the tender ritual on video and it most definitely pulls at the heartstrings.
In the footage, it’s clear just how deep their friendship runs as Sierra did her own “reading” of Cinderella to a cozy-looking Sebastian.
