Siberian Huskies are beautiful dogs. But beneath their thick wolf-like coats and piercing blue eyes there is quite the personality. And one mother of two Siberian Huskies, Luna and Blu, knows this all too well.
As the Rescue Every Dog’s website reads, “Siberian Huskies are vocal. They rarely bark but will whine, or moan, and also chirp and howl. Head held high, they will produce one of the most haunting song-like sounds. Now this Siberian song fest may be music to the ears of a Siberian and the Siberian Husky fancier, but the neighborhood may not agree.”
Blu’s adoptive mother knows that her dogs have a lot on their mind that they want to say, but she has also come to the conclusion that they often use their voices in order to throw tantrums. And Blu does this often enough when he doesn’t get his way.
When things aren’t going the way he wants them, he often starts to talk back but before he throws a fit. It happens so often that she set Blu up with his own YouTube channel. There, fans can watch as he berates his mother when he doesn’t get what he wants.
And his conversations don’t just stop there. The husky even gets a frown on his face when he’s mad! It’s so cute, no wonder so many viewers have fallen in love with the obstinately opinionated pooch.
One day, Blu was left at home to entertain himself while his parents enjoyed date night. According to InspireMore, he was told to be a good boy and go to bed. Well, that didn’t exactly go over well with Blu, who decided he was going to rip up his bed just to be contrary.
Instead of being sorry, he was rather smug about it.
And while there are plenty of other dogs that can be easily shamed, Blu is certainly not one of them.
It’s pretty clear from his face when he’s angry and won’t have non of his mom trying to get a word in.
“Blu… hey, don’t talk over me,” his mom scolds.
He gets quiet for just a minute.
“You don’t know what happened?” she asks. “Who did this? Was it you or your sister? Who made this big mess?”
That is when things take a turn.
“No, no, no… bad,” she tells him. “Blu… no sir! Hey, don’t talk over me. Blu, you are not allowed to eat your bed. No, bad boy! You’re a bad boy, why did you do that buddy?”
Blu is silent for a moment, almost as if he is contemplating his next thought.
“I don’t want to put you in your crate, but I will,” she threatens.
When Blu is not happy with her suggestion, he starts carrying on again.
His expressive antics have earned him lots of attention, including more than 50,000 Instagram followers. And there are thousands of others who enjoy his little meltdowns on YouTube.
One YouTuber commented, “Oh my goodness. Blu is making me laugh so much… he is clearly telling you that the bed exploded right in front of his eyes.. lol.”
