Contrary to how the media portrays mail carriers and dogs, the reality is that these two groups actually blend together rather well. We’ve seen plenty of sweet examples of how dogs and delivery people get on great. Many of them form incredibly close bonds.
There is one Golden Retriever who lives for the mail delivery every day because it means she gets to see her friend. The adorable pooch even goes out to wait beside the mailbox, knowing that the mail woman would be turning up. Then when the truck pulls up, the pooch gets so excited.
The pup then patiently waits for the woman to finish dropping off the mail next door before coming her way. The two friends give one another an affectionate greeting. After they’ve had their moment, the mailwoman delivers the family’s mail to the pooch who eagerly takes it inside.
