German Shepherd Gets A New Golden Retriever Best Friend

We all have someone in our life who isn’t related to us, but they mean the whole world nonetheless. These people are usually our best friends. But it isn’t just humans who are able to form deep connections with our friends. Our dogs also forge some pretty meaningful connections.

When it comes to best friends, there is nothing quite like that initial meeting where you realize that this person is pretty cool. It’s like they’re an extension of us. For one German Shepherd dog named Murphy, he got to experience that joy of meeting his new best buddy for the first time. And Max’s owner caught the whole thing on camera.

Max’s owner surprised the dog with a special cardboard box with a secret inside. The box contained Murphy, a precious little Golden Retriever puppy inside. The small pup was anxious to get out and explore. But more than that, Murphy was very excited about spending time with Max, his new best friend. The two of them were just too adorable together, and there’s no doubt after watching the footage that the two of them will be the best of friends for a very long time.
