Shadow is a German Shepherd who is beloved by her family. Her family was well aware of how great of a dog she is – they just had no idea just how gentle and kind she is until they had a newborn pygmy goat enter their lives.
Pygmy goats are a breed of miniature domestic goats and are so adorable because of their size. When Shadow first saw the little goat, her maternal instincts immediately kicked in, and she adopted the goat as though it was one of her own.
And the little baby goat was only more than happy to get adopted by Shadow. The little goat quickly saw Shadow as her mother, and the two settled in snuggle together, with Shadow licking and kissing the goat. Since this first encounter, the two have been inseparable.
The little goat continues to thrive and grow under the watchful eye of Shadow. She keeps the goat protected and well-groomed. The entire family is astonished by the bond that they share. They absolutely love that the Shadow and her baby goat have a mother-child relationship despite being from different worlds.
