By nature, dogs are quite friendly and socially outgoing animals. They bring us so much joy and make wonderful companions – especially if we live alone. You can never be truly alone if you have a dog around. And it’s that same happiness that dogs radiate when we take them out and about.
It’s also the kind of happy energy that attracts people, as well as other animals, to befriending our dogs. And one adorable little French Bulldog happened to make quite the unexpected friend while out on the streets of New York for a stroll.
The little dog ended up befriending an NYPD horse! Normally, these working horses aren’t really ones for socializing. They tend to be kept at a distance from people. But this little pooch wasn’t about to just walk past without saying hi.
And as it turned out, as the little dog pulled his leash closer to the giant animal, the feeling was mutual. The two animals shared a precious little nose boop as they greeted one another.
It was clear that these two were curious to make each other’s acquaintance, and that is just adorable. Watch their friendly interaction in the video below:
