English Mastiff Completes Agility Course In Record ‘Slow’ Time

When it comes to agility courses, it’s usually all about speed and having a natural dexterity. However, when one English Mastiff dog completed an agility course, he had neither.

Regardless, Zeus did prove that sometimes slow and steady is the way to approach certain challenges in life. While he may not have been your typical agility dog, he still managed to hold his own.

The video footage was adorable to watch as the giant Zeus remained calm navigating his way through each obstacle. His owner was cheering him on the whole time, giving him hints as to how to maneuver the course. And he did great despite his size – he only knocked down one pole and managed to fit through the tunnels.

He might not have won since he was quite slow, but he seemed quite pleased with his efforts, wagging his tail the entire agility course – and that is all that matters. He should be proud of his accomplishment.

And he did a great job showing that size doesn’t matter – it’s not how fast you are, but how persistent you are. A great life lesson.

The audience was only more than happy to cheer on this big boy, having fallen in love with him. The video of Zeus’ agility course went viral, and it definitely puts a smile on your face to watch.
