Dog Patiently Waits For Her Turn To Take A Shower

For the most part, it’s dogs who love water. They’re the ones who are happy to join us on trips to the beach or for some poolside splashing on hot summer days. Dogs are those who don’t fear the sprinklers and will happily spend hours running through them. They also tolerate bath time much easier than cats. Cats on the other hand don’t care for water. In fact, many of us who own cats will often use this to our advantage when it comes to disciplining our felines. I mean, how many of us cat owners have a “bad kitty” bottle that we use to gently squirt them with water when they’re scratching furniture or climbing up on surfaces where they should not be? But occasionally there will be an exception to every rule.

And one cat named Sid was that exception. In a hilariously adorable video, Sid the cat is seen sitting inside the shower. While that is a strange enough sight in itself, Sid was actually contentedly sitting beneath the water. Yes, that is correct. Sid was enjoying the warm water! That was funny enough, but then you realize that Sid is actually holding up the line for the shower.

Katie, the Great Dane, is patiently waiting to use the facilities. However, she can’t. Sid is clearly taking his sweet time using up all the warm water and shows no signs of getting out any time soon. Typical cat. In fact, he just appears to be lapping the water from the shower. Poor Katie looks frustrated but there is nothing that she can do. She continues to just quietly wait her turn.
