Dog Farts In His Sleep And The Cat Will Not Have It

For anyone who has ever owned both cats and dogs at the same time, you are well aware that while they can easily co-exist in harmony, it is ultimately the cat who reigns supreme. Even if the dog is three times the size of the cat, the cat will still always put the dog in their place. And personally, that is why I’m much more of a cat person just because I respect the way a cat will never let anyone or anything walk all over them. However, I do enjoy watching the unique ways that cats and dogs interact on a day-to-day basis. It always provides entertainment.

And one pet owner captured a very funny moment between a cat and a dog.

The video is quite hilarious and because of that, it’s no wonder that it went viral after it was posted online.

The video begins quite peacefully with a dog and cat side-by-side on a bed together. The dog is in a deep sleep while the cat is just relaxing and surveying the area – probably debating what mischief to get into next.

The peaceful moment is then interrupted by a toot.

That is right, the sleeping dog let out a little toot in his sleep.

The cat immediately looks personally offended as she stares at the dog in disgust.

And the poor dog has no idea what is about to happen…

Only seconds after the noise, the cat shows her annoyance and repulsion at the dog’s offending fart and proceeds to dole out several whacks to the head – all in rapid-fire succession.

Then, the poor dog wakes up startled from his sleep, raising his head, and clearly confused as to what happened and what he did wrong to deserve the punishment.

And while the moment is hilarious to watch on video, hopefully, the cat learns to be less offended by sleeping dog farts – but we won’t count on it.
