Anyone who is a pet owner knows that you don’t have the upper hand in the relationship – they do. This is especially true of cats. Anyone who has ever owned a cat knows that they run the show and you just foot the bill on their fancy lifestyle.
And for anyone who has a multiple pet household, you know that it is the cat who has the final say in who joins the family and who doesn’t. So, when one family decided that they were going to bring in a little foster puppy, they had to clear it with the cat first.
Their cat, a Russian Blue named Kushi, was clearly the one running the show in the household. But thankfully for the little puppy, she was ok with the new addition. She surprised her owners showing affection to the little pup, and welcoming it into the family.
The video, while super adorable, actually shows a very soft side to Kushi. As her owners have previously stated, the cat is actually quite loving and welcoming to all the animals – both feline and canine – that the family brings home to foster.
