Bernese Mountain Dog Goes Crazy When He Visits Grandma

Everyone loves a visit from their grandmother. Grandmas are so much fun. They’re the ones that will spoil you rotten with sweets and other treats when Mom isn’t looking. Perhaps the reason that grandmothers and grandchildren form such close bonds, is because they share a common enemy.

But human kids aren’t the only ones who love their grandmothers – of furbabies do too! And one 3-year-old Bernese mountain dog who hadn’t seen his Grandma in a while was captured on camera getting to see her while at a family gathering.

In the video, the grandma comes out to the backyard, opening the back door. Augie was stunned. He began wagging his tail furiously and jumping up and down. He is more than happy to show her just how much he has missed her. And isn’t that something that every dog does so well? This pup might be large, but he was clearly an even bigger softie.

But as soon as his grandma shuts the back door behind her, Augie melted into a puddle of goo, throwing himself onto the floor – ready for belly rubs from his favorite person.

It is so adorable to watch this pooch interact with his favorite grandma. Animals really are the best when it comes to showing how much they care.
