What is one of the most adorable sights you can come home to? An excited dog. Most people who have a dog know the happiness and joy that awaits them at home after a long day of work. When you walk through that door you are guaranteed to get the world’s biggest welcome home. It’s an added bonus to having survived another long and exhausting day at the office.
While most dogs get excited and rapidly wag their tails or jump around when you come home, there are those who smile. A friend of mine has a little Jack Russell who smiles whenever she’s excited to see someone. She’s old and has had to have some teeth removed so her smile is much gummier than that of other dogs. But the majority of smiling dogs look absolutely silly with their big grins as they show off their shiny white teeth – it’s a very endearing look.
And one dog owner filmed the moment that her dog flashed a big smile when he saw her return. Rocky the pooch was just too excited to see his owner after a long day apart from her that he did a little happy dance, which was quickly followed up by the most precious smile ever.
