Digital mapmakers often spend their days walking around for hours while lugging heavy equipment with them. But for one mapmaker working for Daum, a Kakao-owned portal in South Korea, his day got a little better when he made an unexpected friend.
The mapmaker was busy photographing around the area of Jukdo, a tiny but beautiful island in South Korea, when he became acquainted with a furry friend. And together, they created a wonderful series of pictures.
While on the island the mapmaker encountered a very friendly golden retriever who followed him around. This meant that the cute pup also became a little photobomber as he appeared in all the pictures of the beach, a picnic spot, fields, and a few other places.
The dog was the only photobomber on the island since a 2004 census revealed that there is only a family of three living on the island, according to Mashable. The actual number of dogs living on the island is unknown, so we don’t know if the little Goldie has a friend or not.
