When a dog bonds with you, there is nothing that they wouldn’t do for you. It’s truly having the most loyal best friend that anyone can imagine. And one Newfoundland dog, Sebastian, showed just how much be cared for his favorite human: a little girl named Sierra. While out in her backyard picking flowers, the ever-loyal Sebastian was following her around quite closely. He was making sure that she didn’t get too close to the edge of the pool. The protective pooch was worried that she might fall in! The concern was just too sweet that his owners caught the dog’s loving and protective nature on camera. What was even sweeter, was the fact that even though the pool had a cover and was completely safe, Sebastian was still worried about his tiny human falling in.
When uploading the video, his owners included the caption, “Even though we have a safety cover that can hold over 500 lbs, Sebastian still carefully watches Sierra around the pool as she enjoys picking her flowers.”
The sweetness of the entire incident is just so heart-warming knowing that the loyal dog is never far away. He truly takes his job as her protector and friend very seriously – that is one lucky little girl.
