Our pets are like little kids. Therefore, it makes sense that they’re as excited about the pet store as kids are about the toy store. A pet store is a magical place where dogs can go to get treats or a new toy. And very similarly to kids, pets never seem to want to leave the store when it’s time to go – in fact, some dogs might even throw a bit of tantrum when it’s time to go.
But nothing is sadder, than when a dog shows up to a pet store only to find that it’s closed. I’m sure we’ve all seen the videos of the sad dogs who don’t understand why their favorite place is closed. Some of us might even have personally experienced this first hand with our own pets.
And one video captured 5-year-old Samo, a dog who was confused by her favorite pet store being closed. However, just because the store was closed didn’t mean that Samo was willing to leave. In a hilarious twist, she was ready to stay and wait all night until it reopened.
All dogs tend to have a stubborn streak as most dog owners know, but Samo was quite stubborn in her desire to stay outside the store and wait for it to open in the morning.
The funny video was captured when Samo and her owner were going for a late-night walk, which happened to go past their pet store. Since it was a familiar place that Samo enjoyed going to, it made sense that she would want to go in. However, because it was late, it had already closed. But there was no explaining that to Samo.
In the video, the owner can be heard telling the pooch, “No,” and telling her that it was “closed.” Her owner even said, “I promise you it’s closed.” However, no amount of pleading could sway this pup’s mind. It was clear she wanted to stay and wait.
But that didn’t seem to make a difference, as her owner struggled to get her to continue walking. Samo dug deep, refusing to budge as her owner gently tried to coax her forward with the leash.
