It was a lucky day for three Pit Bulls who’d been trapped in a sewer drain not too far from a busy highway when they were found by a police officer.
The event occurred in Florida. There, the police officer immediately contacted animal control in order to assist rescuing the dogs. Police claimed that they believed the dogs may have ended up in the sewer by accessing an open manhole across the street. They believed that the dogs had probably gotten loose from their home, but animal control services were having trouble locating the dog’s owners.
