Men Hike For Hours In Middle Of The Night To Save A Lost Dog In The Mountains

Two men hiked for over six hours in the middle of the night to save a puppy’s life.

Sean McCormack and his friend Ross Tweedie had heard about a lost puppy after another hiker had posted a picture on Facebook. They knew that if they didn’t act quickly, the puppy probably wouldn’t last long.

At around 3 am, they took off to save the dog that was hours away in a small Thai village with no road access.

When they arrived, the puppy had a severely injured front paw from a hunters’ leg-hold trap. Unfortunately, the puppy had already lost another paw due to a similar accident.

The look on the dogs face when they arrived was pure gold!

Sean updated everyone on Facebook. “The sweet little dog will soon have his professionally made prosthetic legs, which our vet is ordering from the US,” he wrote. “We can’t wait! But, for now, he’s very happy, much loved by Bob Chau, and, apart from missing two front feet, he’s very healthy.”
