When you’re at work there is nothing better to see than a friendly face – especially if that friendly face belongs to a dog. For about 7 years, UPS drivers have been documenting their doggie encounters throughout their routes and uploading them to social media. It is appropriately called “UPS Dogs” and is both a popular Facebook page and Instagram account full of adorable canines with their local UPS drivers.

UPS Dogs has explained that while drivers meet plenty of dogs throughout their day, some of the dogs aren’t as agreeable as others. Therefore, these social media posts are supposed to reflect the happy dogs that break the stereotype of dogs who hate mailmen.
“When time permits, drivers snap a photo and send it to UPS Dogs,” they explained. “Our followers love the photos and the stories told as we share our love of these special relationships with these lovable creatures.”
The image captions highlight the happiness that these UPS men experience when encountering friendly dogs. One photo, for example, features a selfie of a driver in Malvern, PA with a dog snuggling his face. “It was nice to have a warm hug while delivering in 25° temperatures!”
