Howling Dog Leads Its Owner To The Treat Drawer And A Late-Night Snack

Have you ever wished that your dog could talk? I’m sure most of us have – especially when they’re trying to convey a need of theirs and we can’t quite figure out what is going on. However, there are some dog breeds that are more prone to “chatting” than others. And one of the most notorious are huskies. Huskies are well-known for their talkativeness and their sass – often being the stars of videos that feature “husky tantrums.”

However, one owner recorded her husky just wanting a late-night snack. In the video, the woman’s two dogs enter the room. One German Shepherd is well-behaved and not making any sound. However, the other dog, a Husky, is realizing its full vocal potential. The husky makes a series of whining noises and is pacing back and forth.

Not sure of what the dog wants, the owner asks what the matter is. She verbally goes through the checklist, pointing out that it can’t be the bathroom since they just went outside. She then follows the husky into the kitchen, pointing out that the food dish is full so it can’t be that either.

Then, the Husky stands beside the treat drawer, and then it clicks with the owner. The dog just wants another treat. And the funny part is the entire time, the German Shepherd is just along for the ride, clearly letting the more talkative canine do all the hard work of making mom get out more treats.

How many of us have had our dogs pull similar stunts? How many of us have huskies that are constantly letting us know exactly what is on their minds?
