Dog Thinks Quarantine Is Easy Until He Finds Out That The Dog Park Is Closed

Luis Chacón and his dog Murphy, live in Spain. Normally, this wouldn’t make anyone bat an eyelid, but currently, Spain is one of the countries being badly affected by the coronavirus pandemic. As a result, the country has been put on a national lockdown.

Fortunately for Murphy, his doggie life has hardly been negatively impacted. Instead, with Luis being housebound for most of the time except essential trips, Murphy seems to be enjoying himself quite a bit.

Unfortunately, the little dog has recently had to make a sacrifice for the greater good of the world.

Murphy hit the doggie jackpot given that he and Luis live right beside a park – a place that the little dog absolutely adores. The two play there quite often.

“We visit it almost daily,” Chacón shared with The Dodo.

While the two can still go outside for exercise, the current pandemic has meant that the gates to the park have been shut as a measure to prevent large gatherings. This of course, has left poor Murphy sad and confused.

In fact, watch his reaction when the pair rock up to the park being closed can be seen below:

“He thought it was very strange that we weren’t going in. It was like a learning moment,” Luis stated.

After airing his grievances, Murphy had to accept defeat and accept that his park won’t be opened for quite some time.

However, he’s a lucky little dog in that he gets to enjoy his best friend’s company all day long.

Hopefully soon the pandemic will be over and Murphy will get to enjoy all the time in the park. But until then, he’s got his dad to keep him entertained inside.
