Most mothers will tell you that once the kids arrive, nap time is often a difficult thing to carve out for yourself since your little ones will almost always want your undivided attention. And the animal world is no different, as animal moms often share the same child-rearing struggles of finding time for themselves just like their human counterparts.
And one adorable video captured an English Bulldog, Tilly, getting pestered by her puppy while she was trying to take a nap. It is something that I’m sure all moms will be able to relate to.
In the video footage, there is a very persistent little pup who doesn’t want to let Tilly sleep. Instead, it continuously tries time and time again to initiate a little bit of rough-housing with Tilly. Tilly, clearly exhausted and actually manages to sleep through the little puppy nibbles and head butts – the power of exhaustion is real.
But it is continuously getting up in her face, refusing to accept that mommy is tired and needs a nap. Thankfully, this mom is able to sleep through everything despite the pup’s persistence to play, and she’s able to get the restful nap she deserves.
It is so cute to watch puppies being puppies.
