WHAT TO EXPECT
In the Training Cesar’s Way Boot Camp Series, Cesar and his Team will break down the basics. If you are just starting out or if you are looking for continued education, the 2-day Training Cesar’s Way Boot Camp Series will work for you.
Each stand-alone program will focus on the importance of calmness, confidence, relaxation, and how your energy impacts everything you do.
Students will learn Cesar’s philosophy of dog psychology and how it applies to each topic.
The Training Cesar’s Way Boot Camp Series will include 2-day training topics on Leash Work, Energy, Fear & Anxiety, Aggression, Puppies, Mastering the Walk and more.
Programs will be announced throughout the year in conjunction with Cesar and the team’s training availability.
This program is not a rehabilitation program. It is for dog owners that want to learn how to spend quality time with their pets.
This program will focus on the importance of calmness, confidence, relaxation, and how your energy impacts the leash behaviors of your dog.
Students will learn Cesar’s philosophy of dog psychology and how it applies to the leash.
Pulling, leash reactivity, fear, hyperactivity, lunging, stubbornness, and more will be covered. If you are struggling with your dog’s behaviors every time you step outside, this course is the answer.

The program will help you break down and understand the fundamental causes of aggression in all dogs, not just the little ones. Cesar and his team will focus on the importance of finding calm, gaining confidence, and how your energy impacts behaviors. Students will focus and learn the basics of Cesar’s philosophy of dog psychology and how to apply it to help stop and prevent the aggression in your dog.
Dogs become aggressive for many reasons and Cesar sees aggression directed towards many things such as other dogs/animals, cars, people and even owners. Aggression in all forms will be covered so All owners stuggling with aggressive behaviors will benefit from this course but we are only allowing dogs 25lbs and under to attend.


The program will help you break down and understand the fundamental causes of fear/anxiety. An important area to understand especially after a year that all of us have been dealing with the pandemic. Fear & anxiety comes in many forms and pet parents need to understand the impact of such things as separation anxiety.

This program will focus on the importance of your daily walk.
Students will learn Cesar’s philosophy and how, when following a proper walking structure, you create a calm training environment for your dog.
Learn the steps you need to provide a more fulfilling walk for you and your dog. Giving you both a happier, healthier life.


This program will focus on the importance of establishing rules, boundaries, and limitations from the beginning.
Students will learn Cesar’s philosophy and how never going against mother nature is the perfect first step when bringing a new puppy into your home.
Learn to prevent unwanted behavior by communicating in your puppy’s language. Examine the Follow, Play, Explore road map to create a well-balanced relationship.

WHO TEACHES THE FUNDAMENTALS I COURSE?
Cesar Millan is the instructor for four of the five days of this program, teaching in-depth sessions each morning. He actively participates in the hands-on afternoon sessions, assisted by his trainers.
WHERE ARE THE COURSES HELD?
Fundamentals I is held at Cesar’s two Dog Psychology Centers – the first just outside Los Angeles, California and the other at the Country Inn Pet Resort in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
HOW MANY PEOPLE ATTEND EACH SESSION?
Each class includes up to 45 participants – typically 20 with their dogs, 25 without.
ARE THERE ANY PREREQUISITES FOR ATTENDING FUNDAMENTALS I?
No, we welcome all students over the age of 18, regardless of their level of experience with dogs.
ARE THERE ANY PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS FOR FUNDAMENTALS I?
Fundamentals I involves many physical activities, including Pack Walks and hands-on activities with dogs. Because many are outdoors, you should be comfortable in warm, bright sun for up to 30 minutes.
ENGLISH IS NOT MY NATIVE LANGUAGE. DO YOU OFFER TRANSLATION SERVICES?
Fundamentals I is taught entirely in English. We are unable to provide translation services.
CAN I BRING MORE THAN ONE DOG? DO YOU HAVE SPECIAL PRICING IF I BRING MORE THAN ONE DOG?
Due to space limitations, we can only accommodate one dog per person, up to a maximum of 20 dogs per session.
IF I BRING A DOG, WHAT VACCINATION RECORDS ARE REQUIRED? HOW DO I GET THEM TO YOU?
IF I BRING A DOG, DO I HAVE TO BRING A CRATE?

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE COURSE PRICE?
DO YOU ARRANGE HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS?
We typically work with a local hotel that offers special rates for Fundamentals I participants – but you are responsible for making your own arrangements for lodging. We will provide you with hotel information when your registration for the course is approved. You are not required to stay at the recommended hotel.
DO YOU OFFER A SHUTTLE OR OTHER TRANSPORTATION?
No, we do not. We suggest that you rent a car since you are responsible for your own transportation to and from the airport as well as between the hotel and the DPC. Many participants organize carpools among themselves for traveling to and from the DPC each day. We encourage these carpools, but do not organize them.
DO YOU OFFER SPECIAL PRICING FOR COUPLES OR FAMILIES?
While we welcome participation by couples or families, we do not offer family or group discounts. The program fee covers only one human (or human with dog).
